How do you stay in great shape all year round

So People are always asking me, "How do you stay in shape all year round?" My number one answer is I dont eat bread.. thats my secret... Dave's Tips:
1. I Don't Eat Bread
2. I do not eat after 7pm
3. I watch my sugar intake (Desert every other day)

People listen to me, with child obesity and type-2 diabetes on the rise; we must make an effort to live a health lifestyle.
